I'm a product designer based in Seattle. For over a decade, I've been designing delightful, easy-to-use customer experiences that drive adoption, engagement, and revenue. I started my career designing and building websites. These days, my focus is on omni-channel design and AI with a special affection for mobile apps that reach out into the real world. Outside of work, you can find me cooking vegetarian food, dining at Marination Ma Kai, or at the movies.
