REDCard Sign Up. Target's first native-app REDcard sign-up experience.
As the UX designer on a product team charged with bringing Target's REDcard sign up process into their native apps for the first time, I determined the sign-up process's interaction model, and flow. I used paper prototype testing to understand the guest's mental model around using device scanning to input credit card and ID information. I also used paper prototypes tests to obtain evidence that a new, mobile-focused landing screen design was more effective for initiating user sign ups.
