RetailMeNot App Onboarding

App Onboarding experience redesigned informed by research, iterative design, and prototyping

I first conducted a qualitative research study to discover user preferences across different onboarding flows, then used the findings from that research to inform the redesign. I used prototypes to further test and refine flows, ultimately landing on two variants that were tested in the app. The winning variant resulted in +60% lift in member signups and a +33% increase in push opt-ins, a big win towards the membership team's acquisition goals.
